Resilience, Sustainability and Decision Under Uncertainty

We present a mathematical formulation of resilience with tools from control
theory, especially viability, and from multistage optimization, especially stochastic and
robust. We touch the question of sustainability. We provide illustrations in natural resource
management, like fisheries or epidemiological control, and in energy management.
