We present a digital twin model for monitoring and simulating NP-hard problems such as flexible job-shop scheduling in order to put human issues at the center of industry challenges.
Different criteria and variables can be considered in such a solution, including the working environment, standard, and behavior of the operators, as well as security and safety.
In addition, the solution develops different objective functions for optimizing numerous variables, so that decisions can be made promptly and effectively.Flexible Scheduling Jobshop problem; Job-Rotation; Ergonomy; Industry 5.0
